Shipping + Delivery

Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout

Free shipping Australia wide for orders over $80. For orders under $80 shipping is a flat rate of $9.50 or Express Shipping is $13.00 .Flat Rate, Express shipping & Free shipping excludes Bulky items. Bulky items are $15 flat rate Australia Wide. We use TNT/Fedex, Australia Post and Fastway/Aramex. 

We will always attempt to ship your order  within a period of 3 business days and will be in touch if there is any delays . You will get tracking information once your order is complete via email please remember to check your Junk/Spam  folder. This will also contain a link to track your parcel where you will see an estimated delivery date. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if your parcel hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date.  As we have more than 1 location your delivery may be sent in more than one package in this case you will receive tracking information for all packages. Please keep in mind peak times will slow post/Courier delivery times. 

Authority to leave/Special Delivery Instructions-All parcels will be marked with Authority to leave,  If there is special delivery instructions please provide this information on the shipping page. 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is not a service that we offer at this time.

Returns

For all  items, you may return Products to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed unworn and are accompanied with their original packaging. 

To request a return please email us with your order number and a brief description for the return reason to  sales@kindredboutique.com.au

We do not accept returns for items on sale or custom orders.

For Faulty items if your item is faulty please send with a photo and description  of your fault and your online order number we will organise a replacement to be sent out or a refund if stock is sold out.

Please choose carefully as Products must be returned at your own cost unless faulty

Once we have received the returned Products, we will notify you via email or phone of your exchange or refund entitlement within 7 business days.

All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page will be credited to the method you paid for your order (Paypal, Zip Pay, Afterpay).

The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.

We are an online store with multiple shopfronts as well and sometimes crossovers of sales happen. We make every effort to avoid this from happening. However in the unlikely event that this happens we will be in touch with you. If we are unable to source your item from our stores or suppliers we will provide a full refund.

Gift Certificates

At the moment we only sell the gift certificates in our stores. These gift certificates can only be used in store.  However if you’re wanting to organise a gift card be posted or emailed to a friend we can still organise this for you. Kindred Store Trading Hours

While we aim to keep our  Trading hours of those listed on google, due to the impact of covid19 the store hours my slightly vary. We appreciate your patience& understanding in the uncertain times and thank you for supporting local business. We do aim to trade at a minimum of 10am-3pm.
